Here’s some of the questions that most commonly get asked! Hopefully you can find an answer here but feel free to contact us if you can’t!
Like most professional bands, we come with £5,000,000 public liability insurance to cover any claim and eventuality.
We’re five mates who love to perform live music! We’re also proud to be represented by a brilliant management team, so there’s always someone available to answer your questions and queries.
Absolutely not! All our gear is PAT tested annually and anything that doesn’t meet the grade is replaced straight away. A band is only as good as its gear!
We make no apologies for playing music that gets people dancing – pure and simple! We tend to pick songs from our repertoire that suit the crowd in front of us, so no two sets are ever exactly the same!
Yeah, we love to do it! More than half of the couples that book us for their evening reception also opt for an afternoon set. We can provide a solo or duo set, and this usually takes place after the ceremony while your guests are mingling and having a drink. It’s a great accompaniment to the afternoon!
As we said, we like the freedom to choose our set according to the audience in front of us. For that reason, we don’t let anyone dictate the set to us. However, if there are a selection of songs from our repertoire that you love, we’ll make every effort to include them for you!
We don’t learn requests with the exception of first dances at weddings which we’re willing to do if the song is suitable for our setup and vocal ranges.
Of course! That’s no problems at all. We normally look after this and put a classic party playlist together, mixed properly of course with no gaps between….to keep everyone partying. More and more people are now putting their own Spotify playlist together so we can just use that if you’d prefer!
The band need 4x13amp plug sockets ideally, although they can manage with less. They’ll draw a maximum of 3.5kW of power.
The band is completely self-contained and will bring everything that they need in order to deliver a great show in a venue of up to 300 capacity. If your venue is bigger than this, please let us know in advance – it’s not a problem, but we’ll need to chat about hiring in a bigger PA for you.
There’s a variety of different payment plans available. We want to make things as convenient as possible for you, so please chat to our management about your budget so we can set up a plan that works best for you.
***The band are currently offering a £50 first payment to secure the date when customers book with a monthly payment plan.***
There’s no contractual obligation to feed and water us, but this is always something that we hugely appreciate it. We’re very low-maintenance and are grateful for whatever you can offer us.
The band formed in Leeds (the centre of the universe), started by friends Ollie and Eddie, fresh out of university and with a desire to have fun and put their music degrees to good use in the service of live entertainment! The rest of the band jumped on the bandwagon... and the rest, as they say, is history!
